June: Happy Birthday Swap

Finally ordered my gift! It was an excuse to order some other things from the same site for my dolls...

I got some of my gifts and I am waiting for one more piece. I want to make a piece of clothing exciting!

I finally decided I want to add a handmade item, just not sure what it should be...

I shipped my package! I will not be able to ship after 6th so I thought better to ship it early than late hope it makes it to its destination safe and sound

Time sure flies, right?! I am nearly ready to ship...I just need to wrap the items so that they look pretty and festive. I'm shooting for shipping sometime next week, hopefully sooner rather than later.

The shipping window has officially opened! No worries is you are still wrapping your gifts or waiting for that one last item: you know best what your post office says about shipment time, the shipping deadlines are just an indication.

Henri and I posted our gift yesterday... (well, really I did... Henri's not particularly helpful).

I bought something cute at PUDDLE for my partner!

Tekka-Maki's gift from Şehvar & Offgenemi arrived last week.  I had misplaced my camera, which is why the opening was delayed.  Here are some pictures and Tekka-Maki's thank you to her swap gift senders.

Everything looks fabulous! Did the necklace come with her brother's photo in it? That's amazing!

Shehvar is very happy to see her new friend enjoying all of her gifts with her family. I never saw her full family, theylook lovely together. and i know Dals are famous for their frown but in the last photo it seems like she is smiling she looks beautiful!

Finding Koji's photo was Shehvar's idea, because she wants a necklace for her fav brother (she got it, too). we experimented with several glues and ended up with disasters and decided to follow KiraKira's instructions to the letter and guess what, it worked ))

Tekka-Maki got some really nice stuff from Shevar and so did Kira Kira!

Len has received his swap package, but he's not allowed to open anything until his partner's stuff is ready to ship, which should be soon.

Gah, must get my gifts ready to ship!

Len's swap partner's package went out with the mail today!

Wow! Tekka-Maki got a great birthday gift! I love her new bubble-skirt dress, and the necklace is a very thoughtful gift.


Clara received her gift today. Coincidentally we have another birthday party to attend this afternoon, so Clara will open her gifts tomorrow, or maybe tonight....

Shehvar got her gift box! Thank you CB and Len For the first time in months (since last swap) she is in a good mood I can't carry the Flickr codes on my phone so I will post them tomorrow

Len: Finally, I get to open my swap goodies from Henri and Dargosmydaddy!


Len: A cake, t-shirt, and an awesome guitar! And a nice card, too.


Len: I'm not sure how I feel about wearing a New York Rangers t-shirt, since I live in Cleveland and I should be wearing a Cavaliers shirt (Go Cavs!).  But this Birthday Cake from Doll Cakes bakery looks pretty yummy!


Len: And now I'll try out my new guitar.  Come on everybody, let's sing!  ♪They say it's our Birthday!  Happy Birthday to us!♫

Well our post lady did it again. Managed to stuff the whole box in. Good thing I have a child's hands so I could get it out!



Shehvar said with my butter fingers, I might cut through her gifts so I had to stand back and watch.


Shehvar got very emotional, what a beautiful card! Then she wanted to eat the cupcake


Shehvar loves all the beautiful gifts you and Len chose for her she says she feels like a million diamonds (this girl goes big on every opportunity she gets).


Shehvar said this flash light is perfect to make sure the light shines always on her


She was very envious of everyone's new dresses when we watched puddle videos. She is delighted to have her own thank you!



Shehvar is very pleased with all of her gifts especially the cake. "It is matching my dress!" she said

Wow! Both Shehvar and Len got great gifts! I love how the birthday cake matches Shehvar's dress. Len really rocks that guitar and the shirt too.

Finally mailed my gifts today, whew.

Oh wauw!! It looks like some amazing packages have arrived! I really hope mine arrives on time! I was a bit late with shipping it out! But Helena's package did not arrive jet.... I am hoping it will next weekend as it is my real birthday on Sunday the third of july

Marsian I am in love with this fabric! You are absolutely right it was made for dolls. Maybe she designed the fabric? I am looking for it but I haven't found anything similar thus far
