For challenge #3, Janice wanted to hug the cat, but she isn't interested in having dolls on top of her, so we didn't even get as far as an outtake!  Fortunately Jacob is exceptionally huggable.

You've noticed your Dal has become quite the couch potato lately and could use some exercise.  Make your Dal excersie.  She/he can use some exercise equipment or not.  Take a photo of her working out.

This is early so I can squeeze in an extra challenge to make a total of 10 by the end of the month.

Who doesn't like butterflies? Tuesday the Edge sure doesn't. She is willing to do whatever it takes to get those insects off her head, even if she has to swat them away with a rolled-up-newspaper.

Oh, no, Tuesday!  Don't hit the poor butterflies!  That's bad juju  She does look bothered.  But she has such pretty eyes.

Great pictures, KiraKira and Alliecat!  It never occurred to me that people would use butterflies.  

Your Dal's energy level is slumping after 5 challenges.  Find or make her a Dal size snack from the real food in your refrigerator.  Take a photo of her enjoying her snack and tell me what you used to make it.

Thanks, I hope you can too!  I've been trying to recruit more people from DM and Flickr, but so far no takers.  I must have picked the wrong month.

I've got some ideas in the works, just need to find the time. Possibly this weekend!

Here's Janice with the first product from the Mini Beach Chic collection... her hat is a mussel shell and lobster band from the beach, plus some goldenrod and a feather.

So I definitely don't do real bugs, and the Halloween creepy crawlies aren't quite ready to come out yet, but I had a fly pin that I thought might do the trick... The photo could've come a little better, but I think it's visible.

Challenge #5--Here's Moe in her active wear--leggings, tank top, socks and kicks.  She's shown in this collage doing a variety of exercises; hula hooping, sit-ups, leg lifts and lunges.  (It was hard to find a Dal for this challenge--there are tons of things that they like to do and exercise isn't one of them.  I think my lazy-slug-girl-tendencies are a bad influence on them. Poor Moe).

Actually, it wasn't me. Probably TrueFan.

The 22nd is the first day of Fall.  Find something that represents Fall to you and your Dal and take a photo of her with it.  If you're south of the equator, you can do Spring.

  I'll be extending the end of the contest to Sunday, October 9.  I'm going to be busy and probably won't have a chance to draw winners until then.  So you'll have an extra week to finish any of the challenges you haven't gotten to yet.

Wow...the scavenger hunt is almost over--so sad!  This is probably the most fun I had with the dolls in months...maybe years, even.  This is such a great idea and it's so enjoyable to play along.

Anyway, here's Tekka-Maki again.  She came along with me to work because she had the perfect Fall themed accessory to wear for the photo--I'm sure for her, Fall means Halloween and candy and pumpkins, but for me, Fall is PSL (Pumpkin Spice Latte) from Starbucks (and overloading on pumpkin flavored everything from beer to muffins to M&Ms).
