September: Scavenger Hunt - Congrats to the Winners!

Alas, the time has arrived for the final challenge.  It's been a lot of fun for me to see what everyone comes up with for my goofy challenges.

Since this is part of a celebration of all things Dal, have your Dal take a selfie.  

And if you didn't notice my prior posts, I extended the deadline for entries to Sunday, October 9 at midnight.  I've got several things going on until then.  But I plan on posting photos of the prizes and updating the entries before I get swamped.

This is Challenge #10--Selfie.  Moe doesn't have any electronic devices of her own, so she has to beg, borrow, and steal tablets & phones whenever she can.  She's borrowing Kaz's ipad here to take this selfie shot of herself & her favorite isul.  Kaz adores Moe...although he looks rather irked in this picture but it's because he just wants his ipad back so he can return to his game.  He usually goes along with whatever Moe wants to do, though.



And I just edited this post to include Challenge #9. I think I've done all of them...sad that all good things come to an end. Thanks for hosting such a fun game, Cornflower Blue.

This is Misa and her pet rock, Pierre. He gets dirty so often, but that is to be expected since he's outside in the garden all the time. Looks like its bath time for Pierre...maybe he should be a house rock.

Idic was so excited about the pet rock theme that she decided to start a pet rock convention called PROCKLE!

Hi! I am new to this forum, and eager to participate in this scavenger hunt! Is it possible to add photos from a device like IPad? I'm not seeing a way to post photos, only comments. Sorry for the newbie question!

I would think there would be a way, but I don't have an iPad.

Some of the photos I took using my ipad's camera. The only way I knew of is to upload my photos to my flickr account and then get the BB code from there.

Thanks! I decided to use my desktop instead. It works!

Challenge #7

Lyla just got a brand new friend, so she dragged Moirai out to do a mini Gothic and Lolita Fashion Show.  It's not so much of a runway as it is a pedestal, but she giving her best pose while keeping Moirai from bolting.

No worries I pulled off the road, parked, and angled the photo from the sidewalk. It is a busy road, but it's not the highway at that point

And no there is no way the add the photo using bbcode from iPad or iPhone. I put regular url and 99 percent of the time before I fix them truefan fixes them for me

@Offgenemi Thanks! And Yup! I just decided to work off my desktop because it wasn't at all compatible on my iPad. This platform is so different from anything I've ever used, but it's so nice to find a Forum that's all about DAL!

Yay more new entries  That Charlotte sign is a great find.  Prockle is hilarious!!  You'll have to do a wee photo story...  And I love Pierre.  He looks a bit like a cookie.  Maybe a slightly burnt cookie  And once you see his nose and his smile, you can't unsee it...! He's a perfect pet rock.
