a question about this year's holiday swap

I will post about the December holiday swap in a few days.

We usually go with $20 as the amount to spend on your gift(s) (not including shipping). This year for our big 10th anniversary swap, should we up that to $25? Or other thoughts?

Each participant will pick their own theme, like we've done in recent years. It seems to work very well.

I think that the increase from $20 to $25 makes sense. (I saw this question when you first posted it, but since I'm still on the fence of committing to it, I didn't think I should answer).

I'm still mulling it over. I do like the swaps, they've been lots of fun when I took part...but the dolly clothes and accessories bin is getting pretty full...

Sometimes I read forum posts and intend to come back later to comment. And then I forget.

I'm fine with raising the limit.

Do you need anything like shoes? You could, for example, choose "shoes" as your theme and ask only for shoes. I do understand if you don't want to participate this year though.
