From an ancient river bed or even a Triassic sea shore. I... I mean Trivia... found the stone among the gravel of the driveway. The gravel comes from a quarry a few miles up the road, so it's "local" stone.

Yeah, pterodactyl models (a pteranodon and two rhamphorhynchus), and yes, cool!
