i tried to enter upto 40 items and did not get a notice.
Premium only seems to enable special tracking (location and ip adressses) and advertisement removal.

O Wait, it does say you can have multiple votes, but not how many. Not sure if this would be a good voting system unless 1 vote per person is ok. It does allow sections, art and photo section maybe? Not sure.
