davidd from Dolly Market and Other Places
Hi! "davidd" here, currently most active at The Dolly Market Forum; prior to that, at Dollchemy (now gone), Dollie Mixtures (now gone), and Pinky-Street.com (now gone).
I'm also a not-very-active member at The Dollieh Sanctuary, and I've been on Flickr for practically ever.
The whole doll thing for me started with Pinky Street figures. Then a few Pullips sneaked in. When Monster High was introduced I thought it was the coolest toy line ever in the history of ever! Some Bratzillaz and other Bratz figures have managed to infiltrate the ranks. My latest obsession, as of the past two or three months, has become 1/3-scale Smart Dolls.
What's missing from this list? Uhm... Dals.
Despite the dearth of Dals, I'm now here at The Dal House anyway, mostly because I'm tagging along behind the other active members of The Dolly Market.

No Dals? That's okay, maybe we'll inspire you to get one.
And if not, you are still welcome here.

Glad you signed on!
Sad so many forums closed down but there are a few left for the dolly die hards.
I have one Byul and a few little Dals.

Hi davidd. Glad you found your way here.
When I first started with Pullip, I was firm about not getting a Dal. Something about them just didn't appeal to me. But then I got my first Dal, and then before I knew it, I somehow have five of them.

Hellooo! Nice to see you over here.
Dolly people are nothing if not enablers, so it might not be long before you see a Dal you have to have!

It took a year and a half, but you did. Dal Number One is on the way via eBay.

I'm beginning to feel badly. It seems as though the forum may have been slow before, but since I've been posting, it has gone from sluggish to full-on dormant.

It's definitely slower these days; it's not because of you, davidd. I haven't been posting as much because by the time I get home from work, there's just too much other stuff I need to do, and when I do have free time after all that's done, it's already time to crawl into bed and get ready for the next day.
I need a clone. I'd let the clone go to work, and do all the not-so-fun stuff so I can do the stuff that I really want to do.
