Fabric Friends and Dolls: https://fabricfriendsdolls.com/ is a US based distributor of Smart Dolls, their clothing, and accessories.  They also do layaways.

EliteDollWorld: https://www.etsy.com/shop/EliteDollWorld - I purchased some tops, a pair of shorts and some leggings from this shop and I'm very happy with the fit and finish.  A majority of the clothing is knit, so they fit both the standard chest size and the mediums that I have.  They are located in the US, so pretty fast on shipping.  The biggest problem I have is I see a post on FB of something I'd like and it's already gone from the shop by the time I'm looking for it.

UrbanDollClothes: https://www.etsy.com/shop/UrbanDollClothes - I purchased a tshirt with the NASA meatball on it (how could I resist?) and a sports bra.  Nice quality and they located in the US so fast shipping for me.  At the time I'm writing this, they have a Harry Potter like, Wizard Inspired outfit.  They have clothing items for the Smart Doll boys, too.

toocuteclub: https://www.etsy.com/shop/toocuteclub - A great shop for Kawaii cute stuff!  I purchased 3 tshirt knit tops with cute graphic prints.  I bought them before they were advertising anything for Smart Doll, so these were labeled for SD bjds.  Now the shop is all Smart Doll clothing.  Well made although I think the shipping was slow at that time (2018) for a US based shop.

Manuelaisme: https://www.etsy.com/shop/Manuelaisme - I purchased a top and leggings from them.  A lot of knits here, too, but some different styles. Satisfied with the fit and finish on these, too.  This shop is located in Canada, so shipping takes longer.

CherryDollsBoutique: https://www.etsy.com/shop/CherryDollsBoutique - I purchased knit shorts and top and a random pack of clothes.  Random pack of clothes was disappointing in that I didn't care for the items much.  The shorts and top were nice.  Shop offers some variety of clothing.  It's located in New Zealand so shipping is slower for a US buyer.

FreyacchisStore: https://www.etsy.com/shop/FreyacchisStore - I purchased a pair of eyes from this shop.  Afterwards, I found what looked to be identical ones for less in other shops, so I need to do more research before I buy any more.  But they look great.

ttyacom: https://www.etsy.com/shop/ttyacom - I purchased the SD13 neat skinny pants in 2 colors, washing cotton skirt, a belt, and a pair of skinny jeans that were supposed to fit Smart Doll.  I could not get the skinny jeans on my dolls.  The rest fit fine.  I got these in 2018 and since then, they have expanded the Smart Doll offerings and it's possible I just got slightly smaller pair than one would get if bought today.  They are located in South Korea, so slower shipping.  However, you can find TTYA at Fabric Friends and Dolls and Doll Peddlar http://www.dollpeddlar.com/

DebiDooDoll: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/DebiDooDoll - Crochet clothing and cotton dresses for the most part.  UK based and I have not bought anything from them, but I keep looking.

Dollgerie: https://dollgerie.com/ - All Smart Doll and Dolfie Dream.  I have not purchased from them, but I do like there stuff.  Everything for casual to cosplay and the prices are higher, but the clothing looks far more detailed.  Not sure where they are shipping from.

Doll Delights: https://www.dolldelights.com/store/ - I haven't purchased from them, but I check them from time to time to see what they have.

Jodie Creations: http://jodiecreations.com/ - I haven't purchased from them.  They offer the same styles in multiple different doll sizes.  They also have some clothing for the boys.  I'm intrigued by all the lacy dresses.  I'm not sure where they are shipping from.

TCDoll Intl: https://otackie.ocnk.net/ – This is where I got the orange jumpsuits/overalls for Janie and Triv. Pro tip: check out as "guest," do not register for the site. Registration results in unsavory spam messages. I've had zero problems checking out as guest. Shipping restrictions are currently in effect as a result of... you know.

Many out-of-stock items are eventually restocked.

Sewing Patterns

There are freebie patterns that Danny Choo has shared on the Smart Doll website. How user friendly they are varies from pattern to pattern. I've made the tshirt, which was easy enough.

Requiem Art Designs: https://www.requiemart.com/ and on Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/shop/DGRequiem - I've been collecting them for Smart Doll, but haven't made any of them yet. I have sewn her patterns for other size dolls. The vast majority have directions that are all words and no pictures. Descriptions include a level of difficulty.

There are a lot of other sellers on Etsy offering Smart Doll patterns, but I have no experience with them to offer.

I have made some things with Requiem’s patterns and I found it easy because I am used to Requiem patterns. My mom got a bit frustrated when she tried! XD

I just bought a really cute dress from an etsy seller who used a Requiem pattern.

If you are an experienced sewer for humans, the way Requiem does some things with her patterns are a little weird. But they work and they are usually pretty simple to make. The most frustrating thing for me is no pictures, since I'd much rather have a diagram then have to read through pages of words.
