Oh she makes a fantastic Cheshire cat especially in that striped wig!

The costume reminds me of the Monster Hunter Pinky Street figures.

Her annoyed expression brings to mind the kid, Ralphie, in the A Christmas Story movie when he is forced to try on the bunny pajamas.

They are probably KiraKira chips? Although they could also be glass taxidermy eyes. I don't remember which. But they are quite realistic whichever!
