Re: Cat's Dolls
Well... Alice seems to be enjoying the snow!
Is that a farm setting you were at for this photo session?

Re: Cat's Dolls
I love outdoor dolly photos. Her dress is great, a nice alternative to the usual red and green.
Re: Cat's Dolls
I've always really hated the colour pink so she has been a good doll for helping me find some love for the colour pink and finding my sweeter softer girly side. I sewed the dress the hat and the cape. The pictures were taken at my parents house, its a lovely place for outdoor photos. But I do miss the time to set up proper outdoor photos as everything always feels rushed these days. I wanted to get some pictures of her at the Christmas party today but unfortunately her obitsu had come apart at the torso in transport and I didn't get a chance to fix it. Ah well c'est la vie.

Re: Cat's Dolls
Alice is very pretty, and your little ragged girl is cute too. My answer to "no sew" outfits is Tacky Glue!!
Good luck with the move.

Re: Cat's Dolls
Thank you All.
The new sew was really easy I just tied the scraps round some elastic to make the skirt and then cut a hole big enough for her body to slip through the apron and then tied a ribbon round her waist, quick easy and no glue.

New girl
The new girl is very shy, all I have managed to yet out of her so far is that he name is Violet. She had found a quiet corner on top of the cabinet to watch all the festivities, Luna has offered to stand guard which seems to have made Violet happy. Her quiet shy aura is very relaxing even Luna has stopped rhyming for awhile.
P.s. we successfully moved house its beautiful here compared to where we were and had a happy Christmas. Hope you all did too!
Still no internet so my participation will be sporadic!
Merry Christmas!

Whispering... and giggling?
Sounds to me like they are planning mischief to get up to when The Big People are asleep or away.

Yeah, she's cute peeking over the chair.
Yay for a new camera -- hope you'll enjoy using it.

Re: Cat's Dolls
My new years resolution is to fix up all my dolls, one by one and spend a bit of quality time with them when they are finished. Lily was first up, she didn't actually need much done, except for the mess of glue and paint on her eye mechanism. I plan on writing a blog at some point on all the various fix em ups but for now here are some photos. Lily was my first ever pullip, she started life as Xiao fan, but had been customized by Red Bean customs.

Re: Cat's Dolls
Nice pose in the last pic, realistically relaxed, which is not always easy to achieve with Pullips.

Re: Cat's Dolls
She's very pretty. Agree about the natural-looking poses.
Love the wig. Wish I could find another like it to replace the one that Daesani had before the Unfortunate Incident With The Fire.
