Actually the whole cast of serenity would make cool customs. I wasn't sure about the winx club dolls when they first came out, are they as skinny as they looked?

This particular line of Winx Club dolls was introduced in the US in 2012. Jakks Pacific was the US manufacturer. Giochi Preziosi made Winx Club dolls in Italy, with very different face molds.

And yes, the Winx Club fairy dolls are very skinny compared to most playline fashion dolls.

NOTE: Pesky "real world" work has kept me busy this past week. More carpentry assistance with the neighbor... which is not nearly as much fun as working with Triv and Janie; and sometimes less productive, as well. He's coming back this next weekend to do more, and then again later in the month... or so he says... so my online presence may be sporadic. Expect another "catch-up photo dump" at some point.

"Real world work" is a serious drag.
At least you have a neighbour with whom "assistance" is a Thing, I guess...

aw, poor Pinkys

The Pinkys all look so sad. It’s nice to see cheerful Carly again though.

The poor pinkies have such sad little faces! I like the "we shouldn't go in there shot"
I got a stain remover last Christmas from "twin peaks" which was supposed to be specifically designed for dolls but it doesn't work as well as peroxide, a plastic bag and some uv. Shame.

Its weird the bag head makes his body look more realistic

I used the Plasq Comic Life software... sorry, "app"... to make a few parody magazine covers and advertisements using action figures for a photo story idea that has already fizzled out. Seemed like it might be fun when I started. My enthusiasm has waned.

It was indeed quite ridiculous.  Swears were said in the scramble that followed to get them off.
I want to try the app that makes singing faces -- a mini Pullip choir would be fun -- but I also don't want a bunch of sketchy apps on my phone.
