Who is coming for Easter?

The make it mini Easter sets are so cute! The basket is odd in that no resin is included. You wash off the eggs to reveal their colors and bundle everything in to the basket, then wrap it in plastic. The photos show the chocolate bunny out of the box, but who does that?

For the past six weeks, virtually all I have been doing is working and sleeping. Sorry I haven't been around much. Yesterday I drove a carload of stuff up to the Chicago area for a meet at Mitsuwa mall and was able to pass the stuff off to someone who is coming to PUDDLE. So now I will have more room for my trip, yay.

It was so nice meeting you there, it was a blast! I wish I'd taken more pictures, but I did take a picture of the crepe before I ate it, at least...

Oh you took her in my dress! That makes me feel so flattered and a little like I could be apart of it! I'm glad you two were able to meet up that must have been really special! I hope Puddle is great this year and I look forwards to seeing more pictures.

I very hurriedly took two photos to enter into the PUDDLE photo/art contest. This is the first. I've had these tiny slot machines for ever, so Valancy has developed a gambling habit. I wish I'd printed a poster from the 70s to put on the wall.

I was trying to show her focused on the machine, but that's hard to do with a Dal.




So I ended up going with sheer volume of slot machines instead.

Hehe I'm imaging you and your doll hiding in a quiet corner of the library to gamble! I wanted to enter this year but April felt so incredibly busy I didn't seem to find any time.

Here's my second entry. My best friend Hillary and I were obsessed with a bride mannequin in the window of the local florist.

Dolls playing with Dolls should be next months Challenge! It's so cute seeing the tiny figures. And I love their dresses.

That sounds like a great idea for June!

Their dresses are made from fabric I had outfits from as a kid. Oh, and all their dolls are from my childhood as well.

That's a fun idea to make doll outfits out of your childhood clothes.

Yeah, Hillary moved away in fifth grade.

Allan was excited for doll club at the new library yesterday, but only two other members came.

I would have come. That sounds like a lot of fun to have a doll club. Hopefully the longer it runs the more people will come and Allan can have some friends.

I had a quick Google and none of the accessories looked cheap to me (except the chick's-cheap cheap) the drawers and presentation are my favourite part, she is very classy for an Easter doll. Easter is definitely an underappriciated holiday. I loved it as a kid, it was less formal than Christmas but we still got to eat a nice roast dinner and chocolate l!

Oh I am so excited to see more pictures of these two. The angelic pretty I watched a review on and was surprised by how stunning she was! And the innocent world Alice looks like she has beautiful stock. She really gives me an old-fashioned China doll feeling plus I think she comes with a super cute plushie. Congrats on both arrival. I patiently await the out of box pictures.
